These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of matchmaking and relationship introduction services provided by Hong Kong Yuxi Marriage Co., Limited (“the Company”, “Yuxi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or accepting an introduction, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services (Free Introduction Only)
The Company provides matchmaking services strictly on a free-of-charge basis. The Services are limited to facilitating initial introductions between individuals only. The Company does not provide relationship management, supervision, counseling, guarantees, or ongoing involvement of any kind.
3. Termination Upon Introduction
The Services terminate immediately upon completion of an introduction. Any subsequent communication, meeting, relationship, transaction, or interaction occurs solely between the individuals concerned.
4. No Guarantee and No Reliance
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility, intentions, character, background, or outcomes. You acknowledge that the Services are provided free of charge and shall not be relied upon as advice or assurance of any kind.
5. Independent Third Parties
All individuals introduced act as independent third parties. The Company does not monitor, control, or verify conduct after an introduction.
6. Post-Introduction Disclaimer
The Company disclaims all responsibility for events occurring after an introduction, including emotional distress, financial loss, disputes, misconduct, misrepresentation, or personal injury. All actions and decisions are taken at your own risk.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to exercise independent judgment, ensure personal safety, and comply with all applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. As the Services are free of charge, total liability shall be HKD 0.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your conduct or post-introduction interactions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and Malaysia, with non-exclusive jurisdiction.
